FAQ

Are P&J chocolates suitable for vegetarians?
Some of the products in the P&J range are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. More information is available on request at info@belgianchocolates.eu.

Can I eat P&J products without having to worry about allergic reactions?
It all depends on what type of allergy you have. Some P&J  products contain allergens (gluten or nuts for instance). If you have a food allergy, simply send us an e-mail at info@belgianchocolates.eu and we’ll be happy to tell you which chocolates are safe for the allergy you specify.

What’s the best way to store my P&J chocolates at home?
To keep your chocolates at its best, you should keep them in a cool and dry place where the temperature only reaches 18-21º C. It is not necessary to put them in the fridge. A consistent temperature for your chocolates is desirable so that they don’t experience any “shock” from being hot then cold or vice versa.

How long can I keep my P&J chocolates?
P&J Chocolates will stay fresh for about 6 months when you keep them at room temperature and as long as they are kept away from heat and humidity. Specifically, the temperature should not exceed 21 degrees Celsius. Avoid direct sunlight. You can always contact us if you want to know the date of a specific product.
